More than just a virtual presence, the Iowa Institute for Excellence in Math Education (IIEME) is a group of experienced and forward-thinking math educators sharing our expertise in math education curriculum, instruction and assessment. Teachers-in-Residence (TiR) and fellows present around the Midwest at educational conferences as well as influence systematic-change in their local school districts.
The institute is continually looking for additional opportunities to recruit new TiRs and consult with districts and professional organizations interested math education excellence.
